Speaking

I speak about the operating choices behind AI-native engineering, agentic commerce and platform modernization—grounded in systems and organizations I have built.

Point of view

Practical ideas, tested in operating businesses

My talks are built from work done in production: redesigning an engineering organization around governed agents, modernizing an eleven-year e-commerce platform without downtime, and building the product, data and operational capabilities behind multi-market businesses.

The aim is to give an executive or technical audience a useful decision framework—not a tour of fashionable tools. I am most interested in the choices, controls and organizational changes that determine whether ambitious technology creates durable value.

Themes

Topics I speak about

AI-native engineering organizations

How specifications, dependency graphs, agent orchestration, review capacity and human accountability change when agents do meaningful production work.

Agentic commerce

Moving conversational AI from product discovery into trusted service, transaction and operational journeys across complex marketplaces.

Platform modernization

Replacing legacy systems without stopping the business, and treating migration sequencing, observability and ownership as operating decisions.

Product and engineering as one system

Creating one roadmap, explicit trade-offs and shared accountability across product, engineering, design, data and information security.
